We knew with Ayers, Frank Marshall Davis and his self-described communist blogger Sam Graham-Felsen, that hs is surrounded by mentors and sychophants of the communist ideology; birds of a feather flock together.

But it’s nice to see it hanging out there where everyone can see it and compare.

Dad always said the democrats are interchangeable with the communists/socialists. That was true of Kerry’s positions and the International Socialist website the last time around.

Why should it have changed?

The only thing that’s different are the leftists are more hysterical.

Nearly 10,000 of the biggest donors to Republican candidates and causes across the country will probably receive a foreboding “warning” letter in the mail next week.

The letter is an opening shot across the bow from an unusual new outside political group on the left that is poised to engage in hardball tactics to prevent similar groups on the right from getting off the ground this fall.
Led by Tom Matzzie, a liberal political operative who has been involved with some prominent left-wing efforts in recent years, the newly formed nonprofit group, Accountable America, is planning to confront donors to conservative groups, hoping to create a chilling effect that will dry up contributions.

Tom Matzzie apparently is a former Moveon.org guy, involved in the General Betray-Us drivel put on by Americans Against Escalation in Iraq- so there’s the Soros connection, which shouldn’t come as much of a surprise -

“We want to stop the Swift Boating before it gets off the ground,” said Mr. Matzzie, who described his effort as “going for the jugular.”

Right. God forbid we should find the truth out. It must be stopped! What rubbish.

The warning letter is intended as a first step, alerting donors who might be considering giving to right-wing groups to a variety of potential dangers, including legal trouble, public exposure and watchdog groups digging through their lives.

Here we go….1930’s Germany all over again. I can see it now…the Obama Youth - aka community organizers- will be turning in their parents for laughing about Obama and his pumping the air in the tires thing–or that he is in fact a dual US/Kenyan Citizen; but whatever the reason - they’ve blasphemed the Obamessiah and they’ll get carted off in the middle of the night - never to be seen again.

And with the Larry Sinclair story, they’ve taken the same approach as the group that is threatening to politically ruin or reveal the identities of the Republican donors.

It’s the same old - do the same thing over and over again and expect different results.

As if that’s going to work.

Throwbacks to the 30’s - in the bowels of Obama’s website can be found rants like these:

Jews should be “burned” and “thrown in the oven.”

A search through the community blogs on Obama’s official site under such key words as “Zionists,” “Israel Lobby,” or “Jews” brings up thousands of entries, some containing what can easily be described as hate material.

But communists have never been about “love”…they’ve murdered more (of their own) people than the sum total of all who have died in every single conflict we’ve ever been involved in.

The odd thing is, though, that the lawyers defending the Obama bloggers are defending their anonymity…

Outside political groups organized as 501(c)4 entities, including Accountable America, do not have to disclose the names of their donors.

That’s what they use to protect themselves, while disregarding those rules where their opponents are concerned. Typical commie pseudo intellectual elitist double standards.

Officials with Judicial Watch today said its investigation into Accountable America would focus on a nationwide effort by the “liberal activist group to intimidate supporters of Republican and conservative causes,” because those activities may fall under a key federal civil rights law known as the Ku Klux Klan Act.

That law, Judicial Watch said, may come into play if “two or more persons conspire to prevent by force, intimidation, or threat, any citizen who is lawfully entitled to vote, from giving his support or advocacy in a legal manner, toward or in favor of the election of any lawfully qualified person as an elector for president or vice president, or as a member of Congress of the United States; or to injure any citizen in person or property on account of such support or advocacy.”

It appears as though Mazzke should go back to the drawing board. That is…unless he believes as most Obamanuts do - that he is and his organization is exempt from the rules because the rules are for EVERYONE ELSE.

The communists and socialists have played friendly but in the end have always been at odds with one another; Mussolini, Stalin and Hitler all got a long for a while…but there is always a reason to turn on someone (even if they’re on your side) - when you’re greedy for attention and power.

Ralph Peters at the New York Post wrote a very good article entitled “Thought Police; The Left Versus Free Speech”

AFTER a lecture to the Marine Memorial Association last week, a reporter thrust a mike toward me and asked if I thought I should be tried for war crimes for my columns in The Post supporting our military.
The reporter - who avoided revealing what outlet he was with - thought he was being wonderfully clever, but what fascinated me about the silly encounter (it was in San Francisco, after all) was how unintentionally revealing it was about the shameless hypocrisy of the left.

Think about it: For expressing my views to readers like you on these pages, hardcore leftists believe I should be put on trial as a war criminal.

It tells you all you need to know about the extreme left’s view of the First Amendment: Free speech is great, as long as it’s their free speech (or extreme pornography). But dissenting views must be censored. The more effective the opponent, the more important it is to shut him down.

Read it all.

What I thought was particularly amusing was the picture of Hitler with the caption.

The extreme left loves to pretend it stands for freedom. It never has and never will. From the Reign of Terror in Paris onward, its core agenda has been the tyranny of egomaniacal intellectuals. The hard left hates an open debate - especially these days, when it’s out of new ideas.
