Obama Sued in Philadelphia Federal Court on Grounds he is Constitutionally Ineligible for the Presidency

A prominent Philadelphia attorney and Hillary Clinton supporter filed suit this afternoon in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Illinois Sen. Barrack Obama and the Democratic National Committee.

The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States.

Phillip Berg, the filing attorney, is a former gubernatorial and senatorial candidate, former chair of the Democratic Party in Montgomery (PA) County, former member of the Democratic State Committee, and former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania.

Is it true that Phillip Berg is a “truther” and conspiracy theorist? Yes it is, here is his blog at the truther website. It’s a shame that you’d have someone like that filing the lawsuit, it detracts from the validity of the claims.

According to Berg, he filed the suit—just days before the DNC is to hold its nominating convention in Denver—for the health of the Democratic Party.

“I filed this action at this time,” Berg stated, “to avoid the obvious problems that will occur when the Republican Party raises these issues after Obama is nominated.”.

Berg cited a number of unanswered questions regarding the Illinois senator’s background, and in today’s lawsuit maintained that Sen. Obama is not a naturalized U.S. citizen or that, if he ever was, he lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia.

Berg also cites what he calls “dual loyalties” due to his citizenship and ties with Kenya and Indonesia.

Even if Sen. Obama can prove his U.S. citizenship, Berg stated, citing the senator’s use of a birth certificate from the state of Hawaii verified as a forgery by three independent document forensic experts, the issue of “multi-citizenship with responsibilities owed to and allegiance to other countries” remains on the table.

Blockbuster conclusion to the post is this:

“Voters donated money, goods and services to elect a nominee and were defrauded by Sen. Obama’s lies and obfuscations,” Berg stated. “If the DNC officers … had performed one ounce of due diligence we would not find ourselves in this emergency predicament, one week away from making a person the nominee who has lost their citizenship as a child and failed to even perform the basic steps of regaining citizenship as prescribed by constitutional laws.”

“It is unfair to the country,” he continued, “for candidates of either party to become the nominee when there is any question of the ability to serve if elected.”

We’ll see what happens. I don’t have much faith in what happens as a result of court proceedings at the moment. Perhaps this will give me a glimmer of hope that all is not lost, should they find that Obama is ineligible. All the DNC had to do is vet this guy…BEFORE he became a representative in Springfield.

Interesting collection of articles. I particularly like the last one. Excerpt:

Barack Obama’s brother George lives on less than a dollar a month? I realize the price of arugula is going up, but couldn’t our prospective “wealth re-distributor in-chief” throw his baby brother a couple of bucks? For the price of one of his Hyde Park lattes Obama could quadruple what his brother scrapes by on now.

Think of the contrast in lifestyle. Obama shops at Whole Foods. George burrows for food in alleys. Obama lives in a million dollar mansion. George lives in a 3×3 shanty made of wood scraps and corrugated metal. Obama has a gate to protect his family. George has scars from fights in his Kenyan neighborhood where people are routinely hacked to death with machetes.

But enough about disparity, the real story here is the hypocrisy. Obama’s insistence on the campaign trail that wealthy Americans have to do more to support the poor rings a little hollow now, doesn’t it?

During a campaign stop in Pittsburgh back in March, Obama plainly said he didn’t mind paying more to support the poor. He has said the same thing several times and at Rick Warren’s Saddleback forum he said any family making more than $250,000 is rich and the rich are going to pay more in an Obama administration. But if he feels so strongly that the “rich” (whatever your definition of that is) should offer aid to the poor why isn’t he supporting George?

This sheds light on Obama’s view that the government forcibly taking your money to give it to someone else is virtuous. But isn’t true virtue deciding on your own to give your money to someone else? Obama apparently doesn’t see things that way. Just look at his tax returns. At least he’s consistent.

Read the rest; you can see how much he’s given to charity on his tax returns. It’s no joke that democrats are heartless when it comes to giving to charitable causes…they keep their money in their pockets and expect government to take care of the less fortunate…where most people don’t think that’s government’s job.

So why haven’t we heard a peep about it from the major news networks? Oh, I got it, because as Cliff Kincaid says, there is a major love affair going on between the media and Obama and they’re covering his past, carefully - in the time honored tradition of Goebbels propagandists.

His brother is a good example of what Obama really thinks about mankind.

Just ask Jill Stanek how he feels about innocent babies who survive the torture of an abortion procedure; she held one in her arms until it died (after she rescued it from a soiled laundry room); and testified in front of Obama about the horror of it. This is one cold-hearted man.

His frozen heart extends to his own family, apparently -Obama’s own half brother by the drunken philandering father they share- is ashamed and has disassociated himself from the family.

Muslims are allowed several wives, I guess that’s why they don’t address the fact that Barack Sr. never divorced his first wife in Kenya when he took up with Barack’s mom, who was then 18 years old. The one thing about that article that I disagree with is that Stanley married Barack Hussein Obama Sr; she did nothing of the sort. Obama Sr. never divorced his first wife while he took up with Barack’s mother…Obama is illegitimate.

You’d think that the millionaire Obama would do something about his half brother - after all, they are FAMILY. So what exactly does the dreams of his father mean, when his own half brother lives in abject poverty?

Brother can you spare a dime?

His famous older brother seems rather tight, at least when it comes to spending his own money to help relatives, despite earning a million bucks last year. It was earlier reported that the Senator never made good on his promises to help other family members made during his widely publicized 2006 trip to Kenya.

We should remember that when he makes promises to the American people from the campaign trail.

Is this a fresh water eel? This is what I thought was a ‘big fish’ the other day - Whatever it is, there were several of them, slurping and swishing in the shallow water, and they gave me the creeps. I’ve seen them now twice; once when I also caught a shot of that muskrat, and now again when all there were were these slimey creatures; showing their backs above the water. I have no idea what they were feeding on, but whatever it is, this environment seems to be rich with food for them.

This appears to be a female mallard duck. The lighting throws the color off; this is late afternoon between 4-5 pm.

I took some blind shots of some action in this collection of dead wood. I had no idea what was really going on there until I downloaded the pictures from my camera. A big blue heron was preening there.

Big DC fundraiser cancelled

Cancel as well the urgent action alert that was going to be the subject of today’s blogburst post. The Memorial Project has just abandoned the “gala” tribute and fundraiser they were planning for almost a year. The event was to be held in Washington DC on September 11th, and yes, they actually called it a “gala,” until Flight 93 family members said NO WAY.

Last month’s announcement of the event promised big:

An impressive Honorary Host Committee has been assembled consisting of over 200 members of Congress and the leadership of both the Senate and the House of Representatives. Special state delegations from Pennsylvania and California are also being organized for the event.

Assembled where? In the imaginations of Memorial Project personnel? If there really were 200 Congressmen on board, including the leadership of both parties, what could possibly prompt cancellation?

Has word gotten out that the memorial is actually a terrorist memorial mosque?

Fuggedaboudit. We are a long ways from Congress being alert to the facts. It is possible, however, that there is a growing awareness in Congress that the Flight 93 families are divided over the crescent design (now called a broken circle). Thank Tom Burnett Sr., whose efforts to stop the desecration of his son’s grave drew national television coverage in May, and extensive Pittsburgh coverage this month:

Us critics know well the difficulty of going up against Flight 93 family members. Who would have imagined that conservative stalwarts like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity would remain silent about the planting of a giant Mecca-oriented crescent on the Flight 93 crash site? But all it takes is some family members on the other side and nobody wants to get involved.

Maybe Tom’s pleas for help are injecting the same paralysis into would-be supporters of the crescent design. If both sides are paralyzed, that is a step in the right direction, but it is nowhere near enough. Architect Paul Murdoch is still on track to stab his terrorist memorial mosque into the heartland of America. (That is the significance of a crescent that Muslims face into to face Mecca: it is the central feature around which every mosque is built.)

How big does the memorial controversy have to get before a few of these paralyzed big-wigs on either side decide to simply check the facts? All congressmen have interns they can assign to fact-check the Mecca orientation of the giant crescent (five minutes), the Islamic crescent soaring in the sky above the symbolic lives of the 40 heroes (five seconds), the 44 glass blocks on the flight path (just open up the design drawings and count).

Michelle Malkin, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity all have interns too. If these folks are skeptical, they ought to at least want to expose our claims about these features as a fraud, so that the controversy can be put to rest. If they find that our claims are accurate, all we ask is that they join the call for a proper investigation.

Come on movers and shakers. Paralysis is not enough. Stand paralyzed as Paul Murdoch pilots a re-hijacked Flight 93 to its mark, and the heroism of Flight 93 will be well and truly betrayed.
