“only a two-page “note” governs U.S. Military in Afghanistan”
Isn’t it interesting that the Washington Post would acknowledge this in the open?
It wasn’t that long ago, that three Americans were set up in a kangaroo Taliban-led court while the American governments turned its back to their fates and the media denied there was any such agreement.
This was argued in their Habeas Corpus Brief and the press said that no such agreement existed.
The “note,” which apparently still no one has seen, gave them all complete immunity, in fact it gave all americans working in Afghanistan complete immunity.
